Developed
and launched periodically by the Association, these public education
campaigns are sometimes carried out in tandem with the country-wide
awareness thrusts of the Canadian ACL. Community Living Month is
held in October of each year in Saskatchewan. The SACL -and ACLs
across the country- use the opportunity to hold local events, launch
special projects and highlight the work of the Association in a
variety of ways.
